ORDER

By placing an order, you agree to all of our terms and conditions, so careful reading is required.

The value of the products is stipulated in each article and is described according to the unit or pack.

Item availability is updated regularly, but not daily, so confirmation is required after ordering.

The value of the items does not include shipping costs. (Options are sent after order is finalized)

The act of placing an order without paying does not reserve any item.

If you order any item unavailable, you will be informed and you can wait for it to be available, or choose to order only the available items (items are only reserved after full payment).

The images in products may not correspond, since companies can change some characteristics/details. You can question and request information whenever necessary.

In livings, the images only  identify the pattern / color / species in question, although they may vary.

We reserve the right to change the value and specifications of any existing item, at any time and without prior notice.

 

PAYMENT

Only after receipt of full payment (including shipping costs), the ordered items are reserved and subsequently shipped.

Payment can be made by:
– Bank transfer
– PayPal (Check conditions)

 

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by transport agency.

We are not responsible for delays by the transport agency.

Delivery times are responsibility of the transport companies and the buyer must take the necessary steps to be able to receive on the scheduled date.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in a return / delay. If it results in additional shipping costs, these will be the responsibility of the buyer, make sure the information is correct in the contact details.

The live ones are sent in sizes that vary from 1 to 2 cm (juveniles), and may sometimes vary, indicated in each article (eg Sulawesi), being able to question available size.

Live shipments (shrimp and snails) are made only Monday, except weeks with holidays (check availability to your country).

Once the order is received, the existence of any anomaly in the packaging must be checked and that information must be left on the delivery note (waybill) for possible claim. Any subsequent claim without leaving a note, the agency is not responsible.

 


RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for items received with damage or breakdown (up to 7 days after receipt of the order).

It is necessary to communicate previously (up to 24 hours after receiving the order), presenting physical evidence, photo or video.

If the damage was caused by the transport agency, it will always have to be identified on the delivery note (waybill) when the order is received or we will not be responsible.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, original box (if applicable) and all accessories included.

The shipping costs inherent to the return are the responsibility of the buyer, and tracking shipments must be used.

The product will be replaced by another equal or equivalent, or the amount in question will be refunded if there is no availability.

 


WARRANTY

Some items are guaranteed for 365 days after the date of purchase. (Consult)

During this period, we promise to send them to warranty.

The shipping costs inherent to the return are the responsibility of the buyer, and tracking shipments must be used.

Items shipped for warranty may take up to 30 days to repair or replace (manufacturer/distributor decision).

No amount is refunded for items sent under warranty (it can be replaced by another equal or similar according to the decision of the manufacturer / distributor)

The warranty does not cover:
– Damages due to misuse or bad installation.
– Damage caused by electrical problems.
– Manipulated articles (repair attempt outside the manufacturer / distributor).
– Noise from motorized equipment is not considered a fault.
